VERDICT: MUST COLLECT

Dear Reader,
Many people believed Hello Kitty Cloe was the weakest in the Hello Kitty x Bratz collaboration in 2025-- myself included. To be honest guys, I ignored her as long as I could because I already bought myself Hello Kitty Yasmin and Hello Kitty Jade for Christmas. I was trying to save on money by only collecting the dolls I knew I couldn't go without. When she popped up on sale, I grabbed her and OMG 🚨Hidden Beauty Alert🚨. We would've never known dearest Hello Kitty Cloe, how much of a baddie you were behind that beehive. It sounds like the beginning of a love story, and it really is-- Chronicles of the Baddie behind the Beehive streaming now. Take her hair down and her jacket off and she's totally anime-meets-Barbie while being unmistakably Bratz coded. So glad I didn't just dismiss her completely.

Do you see the upgrade sans updo?

What I Love About Hello Kitty Cloe:
Her Eye Detail: iconic Tokyo a Go-Go look, definitely makes it necessary to get her if MGA truly never does a Tokyo a Go-Go repro (which it's not looking likely 😔)
Her Lip Color: a matte pink, which we need more of for her.
Her Curls: I love having a curly haired Cloe! She also has a full head of hair, no bald spots or anything annoying.
Her Earrings: She's the only girl in this line that has earring holes and comes with earrings. The earrings are cute little Hello Kitty heads!
Her Purse: I like the big red Hello Kitty bow purse. It matches nicely with her original jacket but also cute in restyles!
Her Restyle Potential: THIS. So much restyle potential. Hello Kitty Cloe Restyle Page Coming Soon.
What I Don't Love About Hello Kitty Cloe:
Her Hairstyle: the beehive bump and headband are definitely not my favorite and do not do her face card justice (just imo ofc)
Hole in Her Shirt: Her little white shirt came with a hole in the side (looks like a loose thread came undone)
Her Shoes: Ik this is purely a thing for me, but I just don't like her heels! I'm so picky about pointy heels and the way they're styled makes her legs look even longer. They also could've maybe had some white paint on the laces/bow part. They aren't awful, they just aren't my fav is all.

No but seriously-- you need her. You know how we do here and my favorite part about unboxing a doll is seeing how she looks restyled in my own interpretation. Hello Kitty Cloe here did not disappoint. She delivered my most favorite Hello Kitty x Bratz restyle of all the girls. Consider this your sign not to judge a baddie by her beehive before she takes it down.

At the end of the day, Hello Kitty Cloe ended up being one of the biggest surprises from this collaboration. She went from the doll I was fully prepared to skip, to my favorite doll from the entire Hello Kitty line. All it took was letting her hair down to show what was actually underneath. If you've been passing on this diva like I was, maybe take a second to look at her face card in these restyles and you might just change your mind!
